Heart & Home Alliance was founded on a deep belief that compassionate care can truly change lives.
Growing up, I was inspired by my mother, who worked as a Registered Nurse for many years. Seeing the dedication and compassion she brought to her work encouraged me to follow a similar path and support individuals and families in my community.
My journey into caregiving began while I was still in high school. I began working privately with a family, providing overnight support and assisting with activities of daily living. Through this experience, I discovered how meaningful and rewarding caregiving truly is. After several years of hands-on experience in the field, I decided to further my education and become a Personal Support Worker.
I completed my Personal Support Worker training through St. Elizabeth Career College, earning my PSW certification on February 27, 2023. I am a registered PSW and a member of the Health Care Providers Safety Compliance Organization (HPSCOA).
In addition to my formal training, I hold certifications in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) and Palliative Care, allowing me to support individuals with dementia, complex needs, and those requiring comfort-focused care. I maintain an up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Check and current immunizations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the individuals and families I serve.
Beyond my professional experience, caregiving is also deeply personal to me. As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum and a family member of someone with Down syndrome, I understand firsthand the importance of patience, compassion, and individualized support. These experiences shape the way I approach care every day.
At Heart & Home Alliance, my goal is simple: to provide compassionate, dependable support that helps individuals maintain dignity, independence, and comfort in their own homes — while giving families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are cared for with kindness and respect.

At Heart and Home Alliance, we are committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and dependable home support services. Every individual we support is treated with dignity, patience, and understanding.
Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment while helping individuals maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.
